Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. All engagements require a fully executed services agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the MakeYourNameBig wordmark, is the property of MakeYourNameBig or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of this website without prior written permission. Press, pitch, and case-study materials may be available upon request for legitimate editorial or commercial purposes.

04. Confidentiality

Information shared with MakeYourNameBig in the course of inquiry, proposal, or engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, deal terms, talent introductions, or strategic information except as required by law or as expressly authorized.

Reciprocally, you agree to treat MakeYourNameBig's proprietary methods, talent relationships, and commercial information as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without written consent.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeYourNameBig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or this website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

MakeYourNameBig's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or related to these terms shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to MakeYourNameBig in the twelve months preceding the claim.
